Vrena Puentes Corchero, PA was amazing. She took the time to talk to me and called me back later with concerns.

She was very thorough in explaining my concerns.

She was aware of the pain I was feeling and whether she had to answer my question once or twiceshe was very attentive to my issue and what I needed to do to try and start the healing process with getting in contact with the professional I needed to see.

Dr Vrena was exceptional. She was so patient with me and I could feel her empathy. We created a game plan for my current and it's working out wonderfully. She truly knows what she's doing.

She talked through her thought process for treatment options and listened to my input. She also carefully checked my chart as she had never seen me before.

This was my first visit with this PA. I really liked her. She was friendly, thorough, and listened to my questions. I would be pleased if she was at my usual TGH doctor's office to see her regularly. She was great overall

Completely satisfied with her care. Used her before when I had a horrible hospital visit and I felt she knows her stuff and I felt she was listening to me

She was kind and explained the lab results, but I felt like she mainly wanted me to take another test, which I didn't want to do. After I said I didn't want another test, it seemed like she didn't care to explain what I could do next.

I had a wonderful experience with the care that was provided to me during my video visit.

I have not heard back from the care provider, she has not responded to my follow-up email, she said she was ordering blood work and tests but I have gotten nothing in response to that. So far I am not impressed

I would give her a number 10 for excellent!
