Muni Jacob was very attentive , caring and concern.

The NP is a nice person but after looking at the visit notes on the portal I was left wondering if we were at the same visit. In the office we talked about the reason for my visit, but I don't feel as though she was trying to find the cause of my issue, let alone propose a course of action.

Minu Jacob rushed my appointment. I know she had somewhere to be after. She did the quickest exam ever. I asked her a question, and she was a little condescending about it as well. I'm sure she's knowledgeable but I think her communication could be better.

My PCP, NP Jacob, Minu was phenomenal. She was patient-centered, very engaging, and knowledgeable about appropriate assessment, diagnoses, and developing a realistic care plan. I am totally satisfied with the care plan she developed for me. Her staff too are very supportive and efficient.

I can't believe that an organization can even do this to people. I tried explaining to the "NP" before last that I didn't feel like a person or even a patient but rather a number. She nodded her head and jotted some notes but then conveyed to me through her poor communication that she hadn't heard a word I said. My previous doctor's bedside manner wasn't the best, but he always made me feel like he genuinely cared. Since he left, I've felt the exact opposite.

Not alot of diagnostic discussion, this was the first "meet and greet" appt. Took blood, made a plan for followup tests and appts.
