Dr Roohi is a great doctor who is very caring.

Dr Roohipouroallai was so thorough, caring and a great listener. He explained everything in great detail. Loved him. I definitely will stay with him as my family doctor. We need more doctors like him fir elderly patients.

Dr. Roohipourmoallai listens. She heard me say that the last shot showed an improvement over others and she changed the routine of saline to help. It was more than that but I don't know how to medically describe the change. It worked. The discomfort was reduced and I was so thankful I brought it up.

Dr. Ramak Roohipourmoallai is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, respectful, and responsible physician I think I have ever come across. She listens to all of my problems and she cares about what I say we discuss the options. She treats me as an equal. She never talks down to us explains things so we can understand them she is there for me at all times when I call I always get a response an excellent surgeon. I would trust her with anybody. I believe she is the only reason I still have vision.

The exam was very thorough by the resident and attending, and they were kind and informative. My only minor critique is that the conversation with the attending felt a bit rushed, and I was scrambling to make sure I asked the right questions. Was difficult to assess how successful the attending physician thought the treatment might be. I have to take time off work to bring my mom to all of her doctors appts (over 20 per year), so if the TX is likely not to work, it helps me to know that. Again, this is just a minor comment. I was very pleased with everything and everyone.

Since the patient has moderate-level dementia and can't hear, this survey is being completed by a family member on her behalf. Even when the doctor stood next to her to explain information repeatedly, the patient could not remember it.

My doctor is the best I've ever had in this field. This is why I choose to come here even though I live very far away. I trust her with my care and recovery through and through
