I've been under this doctor's Agi care for quite some time, and I'm truly grateful for the progress I've made-my eye has been improving, which means a lot to me.She has supported me through my treatment journey. One small suggestion I would offer is that sometimes I find myself needing to ask questions to fully understand all the details of my visit. I personally appreciate when information is shared more proactively, as it helps me feel even more confident and informed about my care.Overall, I appreciate her dedication and the positive results I'm experiencing, and I'm thankful to be under her care.

There was very little discussion beyond "how's it going. You need a new eye drop. Come back in 6 months." The visit notes state that items were discussed (alternatives to proposed plan, and use of heat therapy), but they were not.

Physician seemed very knowledgeable in her field. However, she did not explain what she was doing and I had to ask if there was something of concern because There was no communication. When she told me what she found she didn't go into details of risks and why I needed to be seen more frequently. I would have hoped for further explanations without being promoted to ask for concern.

It was obvious the Provider had not reviewed my chart / rationale for my visit prior to entering room. Had to ask me my reason for visit / questions that were clearly documented in my referral, chart and asked by MA when rooming me. When she entered room it was in a frantic rushed manor (which made sense since I had been waiting well past my appointment time) that did not give impression that she was there to give me the time needed, but to rush through. Did not clean hands on entering room or prior to touching me - my face/eye area which made made me under comfortable that universal precautions were not followed.

Dr seemed rushed, probably by wait times to catch up
