Elzbieta Kolanko, MD

Dr. Kolanko is a board-certified family medicine physician. She completed her medical degree at the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland, and a residency in family practice at Indiana University.

Dr. Koslacz-Kolanko's previous experience includes practicing as a family medicine provider and medical director at the Kenosha County Health Center in Kenosha, WI. Her professional interests include community health, disease prevention and management of chronic disease. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Florida Medical Association.

Outside the office, Dr. Koslacz-Kolanko enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She is fluent in English and Polish.

Dr. Koslacz-Kolanko treats patients 12 years of age and older.
