I have already referred Dr. furr to family members and friends, and they find her and the office staff just as helpful as I do.

I had a great experience with staff and exceptional expert with Dr. Furr! She is thorough and listens well. I am excited to build a professional relationship with her and place my care into her hands for the future. She expressed knowledge and care. She took the time to get to know my background, read over past meducal history, ask questions and ensure i was satisfied. She was engaging and friendly. She also followed up quickly after my visit which i also appreciated. I needed referrals and medications and they were taken care if immediately. She and hee team seem really on top of things which is a relief.

The physician made a comment about how she sidnt like the looks of my swollen extremities but didn't elaborate why she didn't like what she saw, causing anxiety in me about my health.

Dr.Furr is excellent. She knew exactly what I was going through and needed. She is very detailed about the information that I needed to know. Dr. Furr is on top of things and I really appreciate that. Highly recommended.

She never introduced herself or listened to my concerns. She said she would let me know about a medication for my stomach pain but never did. I felt rushed the whole time and like I wasn't being heard.

Probably the best doctor I have ever visited, actually showed a lot of care and empathy toward what I shared. Walked me through my concerns. She was great, definitely would recommend.

The provider walked in, no greeting but got straight to business. She was rushing to get out of the room. Didn't explain much about my condition or what I should/not do. Not explained the medicatikn she was putting me on. She rushed out after about 5 mins, I thought she was coming back but the tech came in with my radiology order sheet and said I was done. The provider didn't give an opportunity to ask questions or discuss my issues.

Dr. Furr was wonderful and attentive to my concerns, having prior read through my chart, taken notes, and was ready to actually help me with long standing issues beyond simply giving me the minimum necessary for care. I actually forgot to ask for a 3 month supply of my meds and she already filled it for that much before I would even need to ask. Super glad to have switched to her, she seems great so far!

Dr. Helen Furr was very attentive and asked thorough questions. My lower than 5 score is due to the fact that it was my initial visit and I do not have experience fto answer those quetions yet.

Spend very little time in the room and does not really allow for questions. Sometimes I feel that the provider does not really know what to ask me and how to follow up on previous specialist. I have seen or how to approach the current problem. I am a provider myself, which probably makes me a little bit more aware of the situation. It's almost like she isn't quite sure what to ask me. She is very nice and friendly, but difficult to approach sometimes. She only addresses one problem at a time if I have. If I have any other concerns at that at my visit, I'll have to make another appointment and I'm a busy person as well

Dr. Furr was kind and empathetic yet she just left after examining me and told me to " hold on" and left the room and didn't return. Her nurse came after a few minutes with my referrals and then I left

This is my 2nd visit to Dr. Furr and so far I am extremely impressed with her. It's hard to find a doctor who is willing to spend time talking to you as well as listening to you which Dr. Furr does.

Dr. Furr is exceptional. I usually don't see PCP more than once a year because in the past PCP were not very knowledgeable at all and missed many of my conditions nor understood anything I say about my conditions and in the past 15 years had to look up my own online then request specialists to get anything done. Dr. Furr is very patient, listens to details about condition and suggests treatments and specialists to truly help me. She has respect for her patients and has an in-depth knowledge in medicine overall much more than any PCPs I have seen. Almost like a specialist on many levels for different parts of the body. She seems to be up to date about medicine and medical journals as well on medication, trial test, etc.

Dr. Furr is the best GP doctor I've ever had. She listens to me carefully, proposes options for my concerns, and helps me navigate what decisions I might want to take.

Went in many directions for first time visit, and Dr Furr was patient and listened - very open about asking return questions and gleaning more information - and was able to up-to-date as best as possible in the time frame window of my visit.

Dr. Helen Furr is an incredibly experienced and highly competent doctor. I'm very glad I found her. She explained everything to me in detail regarding my problems, gave recommendations, and prescribed the right treatment. She is not only very professional as a doctor but also a wonderful person.

I love Dr. FURR. She is incredibly knowledgeable yet patient and compassionate unlike many arrogant Drs who try to play god. I am very thankful for her to listen to all my problem and provide very reasonable treatment and solutions. She cares about her patients. And I am very thankful to have her as my PCP she has been far more than PCP.

Dr. Furr is attentive and caring. She listens when I speak without interruption and explains options and Is thorough. She has great bedside manner. I don't feel nervous or anxious when I discuss health concerns and that's a huge plus for me.

It felt very rushed and things in my summary were not discussed. So when i read that i was anemic before i even had a blood test it took me by surprise

Dr Furr and her team, including current MA and front desk are excellent. Lately I have had some not so great experiences in medical offices and hospitals but i did not experience that at TGH kennedy they are compassionate and driven i am thankful for her and her team

Dr. Furr is excellent at "Bedside Manners", Listening, Caring, showing True Compassion. She's knowledgeable and takes pride in helping her patients. She is an excellent doctor. There wasn't a long wait this time which was awesome. The only company complaint I have ever had is the "wait" to see her. I do realize it's because she spends that Quality Time with all her patients, so it's worth it in the long run.

Dr Helen Furr is an asset turns out I have lots and lots of problems that were ignored by this facility for very long time and now no one is ignoring me and that helps a lot
