Rashmi Nanda, MD

Dr. Rashmi Nanda is a board-certified internal medicine physician with Tampa General Medical Group who has more than four decades of experience in the medical field. She earned her medical degree at Lady Hardinge Medical College and the University of Delhi. Dr. Nanda completed an internal medicine residency at Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital, an affiliate of the University of Illinois in Chicago.

Dr. Nanda's passion to bring whole health into focus began in her teenage years watching her father dedicate his life to health care. Fluent in English and Hindi, Dr. Nanda is dedicated to caring for her patients and working to educate each patient and achieve the best health outcome. She delivers wholeperson care and has special interests in arthritis, asthma, atherosclerosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes, hypertension and all aspects of preventive health care. In her spare time, Dr. Nanda enjoys living in the moment, music, and spending time with family and friends.
