Dr. Ramirez is a saint, imo. She is warm and friendly throughout every visit I've had with her - even while discussing health concerns. She addressed specific topics I had, and went beyond expectations to satisfy my needs - and put me at ease. An example of this: having heard that CVS (and other pharmacies) were requiring scrips for the COVID booster - I had it on my list of things to ask her for. She went me one better - offering to provide the shot during my visit. (WIN !) Dr. Ramirez is hands down the best Primary Doctor I've had in my [almost] 69 years of life, period.

Dr Ramirez is the absolute BEST Doctor I have had in the past 50 years. Her knowledge is extensive and she speaks in laymans terms. She makes you feel important to her. If I could clone her I would do it for the good ofhealthcare!

We recently visited this pediatrician for my daughter's appointment. I want to start by saying that the doctor was very nice and clearly knowledgeable. Her bedside manner with my daughter was excellent, she made her feel comfortable, took time to really listen to her concerns, and addressed them thoughtfully. I truly appreciated the care and attention she gave to my child.However, I did feel a bit overlooked during the visit. As a parent, I expected to be more involved in the conversation, especially since my daughter is still a minor. The doctor did not make eye contact with me or include me in the discussion. She directed all her questions to my daughter, even the ones that required background information my daughter simply didn't have. It felt as though I wasn't even in the room.While I value the focus on making kids feel heard and empowered, I believe a more balanced approach that includes the parent would lead to a better experience overall. Communication is key, and involving both the child and the parent ensures the best care possible.

Dr Ramirez is the best!!! So down to earth and really shows she cares.
