Brittany Fields, MD Family Medicine in Brandon, FL

I felt like the doctor did not listen to me or take any time with me. I had waited for a while to even see her. She was very dismissive and curt. This was my first visit and I asked the nurse to help me schedule another appointment with a new physician. I will not go back to this particular doctor ever again.

Dr Fields is my preferred provider. She is attentive and addresses my concerns with efficacy, compassion and genuine concern

Brittany does not listen to her patients and jumps to conclusions in order to minimize her time supporting patients. Brittany sized up what she was going to do for me in about 2 minutes of meeting me. After I tried to explain in more detail the help I was trying to get, in a condescending low voice she explained that was not her job (I asked that she consider cost of medication in addition to the medical need as I couldn't afford what she was recommending). A little flustered, I explained how that it was her job and a responsibility of TGH. She accused me of playing with my dosages and when I interrupted her to clarify she got very upset and would no longer discuss the subject. I left in tears.

Dr Field was excellent. She was very thorough and was very professional. This is the first time I have used her. I would highly recommend her
