Difficulty understanding the care giver & I believe she had difficulty understanding my issue

Only told me she would give me a referral, did not listen to any of my concerns and other problems I wanted to address during the visit. Ignored me while I was trying to explain my health concern and attempted to listen to my lungs while I was trying to tell her about the reason I was there. Did not talk about what I could do in the mean time while I get an appointment with the referral. And ran out of the room as if I was not there. It felt as though she did not want to be there and I was bothering her by being in her presence. She is a poor communicator and does not inspire confidence in her practice.

Excellent communication

The Doctor did not seem interested in my care. She stood behind the computer, never looking at me. Did not shake my hand or make me feel welcomed. No bedside manner. I was not impressed. She did not care that I had not had any blood work done since Feb, I was due in August. I won't be returning. I will find another doctor who does care.

This doctor wasnt personable, didn't look at me, more concerned to work on the computer. She wanted me to wait another 6 months to get my blood work done, and I was overdue already by a month. She didn't seem to care about me. No bedside manner. I was not impressed.

Dr was very timid and barely spoke. I am looking for a new Dr.

There was absolutely no discussion. She just put in referrals. She did not listen to what I was saying at all.

This new doctor I saw to "establish care" put her stethoscope on me to listen for half a second and moved it a couple times and was done. The visit was a complete waste of my time.

First visit with new doctor here. This was about looking at my questionnaire and recommendations for a couple screenings. I think the next visit will be more consultative as I will have information to share and discuss.

Explanation of results were vague and delivered with what came off as pre-programmed answers. The doctor seemed flustered with questions that required more of a detailed answer and instead was suggestively referred out to another physician when the test results didn't state a reason for the referral.

Doctor doesn't make eye contact and looks down while speaking to me so I couldn't hear her.

Dr RoDowell made sure my medical concerns were addressed and educated me on preventive care.

Loved the new Doctor I saw

She never asked me about my health just reviewed lab data. Never asked me how I feel or any concerns.

Dr. Dowell was very kind and listened to all of my concerns and was very helpful.

Dr. Ro Dowell was short and to the point, but that's okay. We were just getting to know each other.

"I was disappointed that I wasn't seen by my primary doctor, Dr. Jorge Gadea, as expected. The doctor I did see made me feel uncomfortable when I asked about checking my hormone levels. She repeatedly questioned why I wanted the tests and gave the impression that my concerns weren't valid. Her demeanor felt rushed and stressed, which made the visit even more uncomfortable. I left feeling dismissed rather than supported. I hope future visits are handled with more openness and care."

She just wanted to leave. She was with me less than 5 min. And was not helpful with any of my questions. She just referred me to someone else.

The MD I saw was prepared for my appointment!

Although I'm confident Dr. WU is knowledgeable, I did not feel the engagement or concern on my health issue in relation to my blood work. I felt I did all the talking as she typed away. I left feeling without a plan or answers, other than returning in 6 months.

The provider was told that I had recently done blood work by another Provider within the TGH /USF team taking care of me, and I told her I had a concern with a Glucose Tolerance test that looked too low. She said that I would have to follow up with the Neurologist who ordered it, and I asked her if it would ultimately fall on her to investigate further as my PCP and she said "possibly", but to send them a message to ask. I was appalled to hear that the person who is supposed to manage my care would not follow up and make an effort to understand the situation and get to the bottom of it taking ownership for my care and concerns. It is not the first time she has done this. Not happy and are currently looking for a doctor who understands their role as a PCP and that shows that they care for me. She is the PCP and handles my day to day care. Not the neurologist! He was just doing a panel and this came up. The least she could do was retest and see if the results come back and ensure that I was ok after. Not send me to the neurologist who will be sending me back to her.

Dr Hanna Rodel does not have good bedside manner.

Dr. Ro Dowell was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor listened and offered possible suggestions, as well. I truly appreciate her dedication!

I planned to discuss my problems with the doctors in detail. I brought my last year annual physical report. She read the report and left afterwards. I thought I will be having a discussion but I did not get the chance. She also said that she does not recommend going for annual physical in the first meeting. Dissatisfied.
