Dr. Jerrica Moore is awesome to work with. Coincidentally my husband and myself had her on our last Telehealth for the flu and she actually recognized us. That is very rare.

My experience was very disturbing. Once I made video contact, the NP, was very distance. I started explaining my issue and she stated I have read the notes and more or less cut me off. She started offering medication and seemed not really interested. I felt like I was bothering her. I felt no compassion. I would definitely not schedule her for any kind of issue. The call I believe lasted less than 15 minutes.

It's been a very long time that I felt a doctor listen and understand my concerns about my condition and health. I am extremely thankful for the service I received
