Dr answered all my questions.

She was clear and obviously had taken time to do her homework. Very helpful explanations of medication and why prescribed and alternative.

Jerrica was helpful, efficient and caring.

I just felt really rushed on our visit. I was already feeling sick and foggy. And by feeling rushed on top of whatever I'm already feeling. I forgot to ask questions. I forgot to ask for my doctors know I forgot to ask for like a different kind of medication. She also should have seen that I am taking progesterone at night and should have warned me about taking the cough medicine before sleep and taking my progesterone because it did not have a good effect on me last night

Care providers understood my discomfort and were ready to help.

Very attentive and engaged showing concern and excellent feedback for all my issues. Didn't rush me during my Telehealth session.

PA Moore was clearly well informed about my wife's medical history, her most recent medical crisis and recent hospital discharge. Accordingly, we had full confidence in her analysis of my wife's situation, prognosis and the best path forward for treatment, therapy and possibly surgery...her answers to our questions were clearly communicated and easily understood

She was very good, she let me explain what's been happening from the effects of RSV and how it's taking its toll on me.

In all honesty, my visit with Jerrica was one of the best doctor visits i've had in a long time. If I could switch to her as a primary care Dr and was closer, I would make the switch.

NP was very thorough and cordial. She followed up with the gray results and offered pt if needed. Very pleased with her care.

She was extremely knowledgeable, listened to my issues and prescribed as needed. I would be very happy to see her again in the future. I recommend her to others.

NP Jerrica Moore is an exceptional medical professional, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well a kind and caring disposition towards her patient. She listens and cares. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family for care.

My experience was very disturbing. Once I made video contact, the NP, was very distance. I started explaining my issue and she stated I have read the notes and more or less cut me off. She started offering medication and seemed not really interested. I felt like I was bothering her. I felt no compassion. I would definitely not schedule her for any kind of issue. The call I believe lasted less than 15 minutes.

It's been a very long time that I felt a doctor listen and understand my concerns about my condition and health. I am extremely thankful for the service I received
