Dr. Welter is excellent! Obviously a very skilled surgeon, but he also has a great disposition and is an attentive and good listener and clearly discusses what's going on, my options and next steps. Feel 100% at ease and comfortable with him in charge of my cardiac care.

We didn't go into any details about my condition, he made me feel comfortable by letting me know what he was doing (such as hooking the EKG etc.) up to me before, during and after the process.
