The care has always been great & I feel as if the providers do take the time to listen. I don't know if the chart is updated each time or if providers have time to review before seeing patients, but I have had to tell them repeated information at appointments such as getting a pap smear (twice) when it was already sent and faxed into my media. I guess this is the downside of seeing different providers at each appointment instead of seeing one.

I felt like the provider didn't believe any of my problems or experience when we spoke. However, she did seem fine with me wanting to schedule a surgery consult. So, overall, it was fine.

She was so amazing

She told the assistant that she wanted to do the exam first, then discuss my questions about recently added hormone supplements. I was wearing a paper shirt and covered in a paper sheet when she stood beside the exam table and asked what I wanted to discuss. Uncomfortable in my attire and not getting the exam right away, I kept my questions brief. It was clear she had not even briefly reviewed my chart, as she had no answers for my questions, "just be careful of the side effects." when asked what those side effects were, she didn't have an answer.

passive aggressive in tone & did not take my concerns or questions seriously. Provider laughed at me at one point which I found disrespectful.
