The nurse practitioner was very business like and professional spent lots of time on the computer

Victoria Listen to all that I had to say and was very, very helpful And Was concerned about my issues

I don't believe I got the care needed so I was given was more visits to other places. No car was shown to my problem. I feel I left more confused than when I came with my problem still persisting and no real solution.

She had no emotion, this is our first time seeing her she didn't ask questions she was quite rude

Nurse practitioner was amazing. Truly spent more time with me on this visit than I have had in past with other nurse practitioners or even a physician that is now a former physician.

I cannot say enough positive things about Victoria Jacobs. This was my first visit, she was incredibly attentive and made me feel truly heardsomething I hadn't experienced in years. She took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and approached my care with a level of professionalism and compassion that immediately put me at ease. What stood out most was her depth of knowledge and ability to connect the dots around an issues I had been struggling with for the past eight years. Where others had dismissed or overlooked my concerns, she was thorough, insightful, and proactive. She explained things clearly, involved me in decisions, and created a plan that finally felt tailored to menot a one-size-fits-all approach. Thanks to her expertise and genuine care, I finally feel hopeful and supported. She is an exceptional nurse practitioner and an absolute asset to her patients and TGMG.

Victoria Jacobs answered all of my questions. She even took the time to pull up an image on the computer screen to show specifics to me as she answered one of my questions. She also took time to discuss concerns I had on one specific topic and never seemed to rush through the visit. It was a great visit.

Great care

My experience with Victoria was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a provider. She was respectful, took her rime explaining things about prior results no other doctor had, and spoke to me about weight loss in a non judgmental way that didn't have me crying in my car afterwards. I felt heard, respected, and valued.
