Because of Dr. Victoria Jackson's initial visit. I thoroughly understand my liver condition. I did feel pressured or confused. This was a great initial visit.

The liver transplant team is wonderful to deal with - everyone involved seems very caring and responsive to questions and concerns brought up in and out of the clinic setting.

I mentioned frequently getting uti s but it was clear that she would just refer me to urologist and that didn't sit right with me. Luckily I was able to get relief eventually but antibiotics would have been so helpful.

Dr Jackson always takes her time to listen to my concerns, she explains in detail in words easy to understand the medical terminology. She is thorough, thoughtful and willing as well as able to answer any questions concerning my treatment and care.

Was able to discuss drug concerns given by my primary as he is not as familiar with transplant issues. Also was able to reduce my current meds.

She is differently a high notch doctor who takes the time needed with her patients. We felt heard and she explained everything in understandable terms that we could understand our game plan. I felt like a human/ person instead of a dollar sign/ number which makes me happy. I am trusting her with my life and need to feel like to fits as a good piece in my puzzle. She is the perfect fit I have been looking for. God answered prayers

She was defensive about my labs not done beforehand. When I explained I was due to have them done and they were always done for years, she kept saying they should have been done at Quest. When I expressed my symptoms, she did a very and I mean very brief exam with me sitting in the chair.
