Was able to discuss drug concerns given by my primary as he is not as familiar with transplant issues. Also was able to reduce my current meds.

She is differently a high notch doctor who takes the time needed with her patients. We felt heard and she explained everything in understandable terms that we could understand our game plan. I felt like a human/ person instead of a dollar sign/ number which makes me happy. I am trusting her with my life and need to feel like to fits as a good piece in my puzzle. She was defensive about my labs not done beforehand. When I explained I was due to have them done and they were always done for years, she kept saying they should have been done at Quest. When I expressed my symptoms, she did a very and I mean very brief exam with me sitting in the chair.

Dr Jackson is the absolute Best of the Best! Prior to my appointment time she had thoroughly reviewed the Lab results and took her time to discuss and explain them with me. She didn't hesitate to answer every question and spoke to me in normal people language not in complete doctors terminology making certain I understood what was going on without being condescending. I most highly recommend Dr. Victoria C. Jackson and commend her compassion and dedication for her patients.

Feel very Blessed to be scheduled with Dr Jackson. She took her time to review my files and ask questions. She reviewed my past history, explained and shared information with me in words I could easily understand, she had patience and gave positive advice concerning my health. We felt great full to have found such a compassionate and concerned doctor.

Dr. Jackson was outstanding. She listened to my concerns, my efforts & my frustrations. She was respectful, so knowledgeable & very encouraging to me as she reviewed the steps I had taken on my own. She was thorough & made me feel like I really mattered & that she was now "on team Carol". I almost wept with relief as she explained next steps.At 72 years old, I have me dozens of doctors for the first time. I rarely have felt so positive about any physician as I felt about her. She was the perfect balance of supportive & reassuring and firm about my need to maintain an active commitment to what I eat, getting exercise & protecting my liver for the rest of my life.
