I was so thankful for Dr Rutherford seeing me so quickly. He is very thorough and thoughtful of my needs. His staff is the BEST!

Very good overall but because of my own lack of familiarity with the proposed surgery, a few brief details would have been reassuring. And an estimate of common down time for recovery. No doubt this will be covered in next visit but would have helped me to try to prepare better for needed help at home by friends & family.

The substitute Dr was abrupt and didn't really listen and left me in exam room saying something about a blood test after I asked about my lab work In hospital . I never had anyone tell me the appt. Was finished. My husband went out finally and ask a nurse in hall to see if we were finished . She went to check charts and said I guess so. Fortunately I went to my primary Dr the next day and she said yes they have put a requisition in for blood work. I had it done in her office .
