Did not explain reason for additional MRI. Why it was needed since I had already had an MRI with and without contrast.

They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, without overwhelming me with medical terminology. They were patient, thorough, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I truly appreciated how friendly and approachable they were throughout the entire visit. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients and want them to feel informed and comfortable. I left feeling confident about my care and very grateful for the time and attention they provided. Highly recommend!
