This was my first time seeing NP Shelby. She was very caring, professional and personable. She discussed my options and guided me with appropriate decisions. It was a very good medical visit for my acute illness.

Shelby Miller ARNP is awesome

Shelby Miller APRN was the provider that saw me. I felt like I was being judged and felt uncomfortable openly speaking with her. Maybe she was having a bad day, and in that case, I would hope this is an experience only I had. She provided no options, and she told me it was pretty much my only option. I know that is not true. I know that it is probably the best option, which is why I chose to accept the prescription, and she's definitely knowledgeable because it worked wonders for me, but that does not cancel out the fact that her professional communication was severely lacking. Everything she was saying to me felt really forced.
