Rafael Carrion, MD

Dr. Carrion serves as the Professor and Chairman of the Department of Urology at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. He originally joined the department as an Assistant Professor after completing a prestigious fellowship in Sexual Medicine and Neurology at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Carrion is deeply committed to providing patients with the highest level of urologic care, staying at the forefront of advances in sexual medicine and men’s health, and actively participating in academic research.  His robust tract record in published manuscripts, chapters, and videos confirm this commitment to research.  He is also the Fellowship Director for one of the highest ranked sexual medicine fellowship programs in the nation.  Finally, his actions above have enabled him to become an international figure in the field of sexual medicine and prosthetic surgery.
