It was good

My doctor makes me feel like he's on my level and gets me. He's a great surgeon and has been nothing but trying to me.

Provider displayed very little empathy and concern regarding my situation. No alternative solutions were offered to help me move forward. Explanations offered were scattered and disjointed as well. Any attempts to extract additional information from the doctor were met with overt abrasiveness. I left the visit feeling confused. I will be forced to seek care at an alternative institution. The visit had very little structure. Provider lied in his medical notes claiming he "had a very long discussion with the patient" when the actual visit lasted approximately 2 minutes. Overall it was a shockingly bad visit from a patient's perspective.
