I appreciated how the doctor listened to my concerns. While I felt one issue was minor and could wait, she suggested we go ahead and check anyway. I really appreciated that she cared and took my concerns seriously.

Good experience

Experience was excellent.

Dr advised me to continue using cough medication and saline that antibiotic not necessary, results were negative. Never advised me she was going to call in Rx for nasal spray and decongestant and I purchased these only after reading on MyChart that she was suggesting them. The next day I received a call from pharmacy about the prescriptions. Poor communication with patient and seemed rushed when office did not seem over busy. Assistant was pleasant and I was brough it quickly, 2 pluses.
