ARPN Fiorenza LISTENS! That's the most crucial thing any medical provider can do. She listens, learns, and then makes sure you are comfortable with whatever path or next steps we should take...and bases these steps on the real world we all live in. She's great.

Understood my condition (surgery and recovery at Moffitt (where she worked previously)) and dovetailed the TGH care with tracking the previous care with my current status as a long-time TGMG patient and heart surgery patient. I can't say enough good about her. She is a model practicioner.
