My visit was truly exceptional, reflecting the overall positive experience. Regarding the concern showed for my worries and her care, the practitioner displayed genuine empathy and attentiveness, addressing all my concerns with compassion and ensuring I felt supported throughout the visit. The explanation given regarding my condition was thorough and clear; she took the time to explain everything in an understandable way, patiently answering all my questions. Her effort to include me in decisions was outstanding, as she actively involved me in discussions about my care, making me feel like a valued partner in the process. Additionally, the care provider's discussion regarding care, options, etc. was comprehensive, with all possible options clearly outlined, allowing me to make informed choices. Based on this exceptional experience, the likelihood of recommendation is very high; I would wholeheartedly recommend this practitioner to others for her professionalism, care, and dedication.

Dr Michaels was excellent on all of the above! I highly recommend her!

Michelle has very bad bedside manner. Blamed me for being scheduled incorrectly at her clinic and told me she called me the day prior. I missed her call due to work and other spam calls I get daily. This is a scheduling issue and blame should never be placed on the patient. She didn't even introduce herself when she walked into the door, just went straight into how I am at the wrong location and she called me the day prior. She did not care about my well being and is a horrible nurse. I have been through a lot medically and it is quite difficult for me to discuss my prior procedures, she blatantly did not care and was only worried I was wasting her time- empathy is the core of providing compassionate care. I am very disappointed in the care from this provider and luckily was scheduled at the wrong clinic so I will not have to encounter her in the future. This was my first experience with USF Health and I am reluctant to go back.
