Melanie Bliese, APRN was super. I explained all my past and on going problems. Any procedures {Dx testing} I had encountered, my deep concerns, and plan for the future. She listened to everything I said, made a plan with me for all my Dx testing and care, has answered my questions In MyChart, and even ordered a follow up blood test for some abnormal readings. This Is the type of care all patients needs, someone who will listen to the patient, take their concerns seriously, and work with the patient on a plan of action... This Is what Melanie did for me.. She made me apart of my care plan.

The entire appointment was focus on finding the pharm I use. My heart and lungs were listened to briefly.. Oral cavity, ears, abdomen, were not addressed; however this was my initial 1st visit.
