Everything is fine

I had an uncomplicated annual exam and the physician rushed through my appointment due to being so behind. While I understand trying to catch up, she then added a diagnosis to my clinical summary that she did not discuss with me during my rushed appointment. When I asked her to clarify by secure chat she replied that my "chart had been updated with simplified language" and explained the diagnosis in layman's terms instead of understanding that she had not relayed the diagnosis to me at all.

MD seemed a bit abrupt when responding to questions, as If inconvenienced by them. However questions were answer satisfactorily.
