Lindsey was extremely kind and courteous and patient with me. I was upset because i thought i was seeing another provider and no one told me of the change but lindsey explained everything, took accountability for the lack of communication, and put me at ease with her professionalism knowledge and expertise of Ataxia. I was strongly considering switching to UF medical practice, despite it being hours away, but Lindsey provided me such great service i will be staying with usf

I showed her photos of my ankle bone area on both feet being bruised. Care provider was trying to blame a lot of symptoms on my age rather than the disease. Even if that is the case, she didn't have to compare her capillaries near her ankles to mine. ( she even said the words.."look at my capillaries." I am thirty years younger). Very insulting. Even if age is a factor in the bruised area around my ankle bones.....there is a much better choice of words/presentation than could have been used. Her delivery was terrible and extremely hurtful/insulting! She needs to learn bedside manner.
