My visit was with Nurse Practitioner Laiheng Maldonado. She is very knowledgeable and I appreciate that she did not tear me any differently knowing that I am a fellow healthcare provider. She explained all treatment options thoroughly and provided a lot of good suggestions and insight in how to best manage my condition. She spent a lot of time with me or at least it felt like a lot of time and was not rushed or short in response during this visit. She took the time to evaluate my history and applied it toy treatment options. Even after the visit, she was prompt in her responses in answering my after visit questions. I am very pleased that I was able to establish care with Laiheng and I appreciate that she is part of my care team.
