She set me up with breathing treatment in the office which really made a difference. This Flu A took me 3 weeks to get somewhat back to normal. Provider reached out after hours to see how I was doing after I had seen her in a couple of days,

I originally saw Dr. Frack at the Dale Mabry location, and her exceptional bedside manner is the reason I was willing to travel more than 45 minutes for this visit. She is an incredible physician and a true asset to her practice. She is kind, relatable, engaged, and genuinely attentive. She listens carefully, takes the time to understand concerns, and makes you feel heard and respected throughout the entire appointment. What stands out most is that she never seems rushed or eager to move on to the next patient. She takes her time, is thoughtful during the exam, and is clearly invested in providing quality care. It's evident that she truly cares about her patients and wants them to feel comfortable and supported. I will continue to see Dr. Frack as my primary care physician for as long as possible and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who combines expertise with genuine compassion.

I've seen this PA twice and neither time has she taken the time to listen to my heart, lungs, checked my ears, or asked if I had any questions or concerns. My last visit she mainly talked about my A1C levels which I understand having Type 2 Diabetics, but it wasn't that much of an increase.

I have a variety of issues, back, skin and heart. Kimberly looked at me and listened and gave me recommendations on what specialists to see. Even ordered more labs when mentioned I had brittle nails and I didn't even need to ask. I forgot it was something that can be checked with labs & she just melted my worries away. It helps knowing your PCP is aware like this.

MY provider is very professional and explains everything to me. She has good knowledge of my medical history.
