Never have am issue with Dr Reid. She listens she provides details of what needs to be done and how to do it.

The doctor had a very casual demeanor which is more appropriate for teens or 20 somethings, but not for people in middle age. She also seemed uncomfortable talking about specific things - again, more appropriate for a younger patient. Lastly, she didn't ask if I had other questions or concerns (I did), so I decided to save them for a different medical professional at another time.

Dr Reid took the time to listen, care, explain test results and answer questions. She includes me in decisions for my care. Never rushes me. The best Dr I have ever had at writing perfectly accurate notes for medical record. She is very knowledgeable, always makes me feel important!

I had quite a few questions that were left unanswered from my previous primary care physician and outside providers and my doctor provided explanation and education

Dr. Reid is a phenomenal Dr. I have been her patient for about 10 years. She actually saved my life. I had a bladder that totally dropped, and had retained 3 liters of urine. After receiving my results she immediately called me and instructed me to get to the emergency room ASAP. She is very thorough, and I never feel rushed. I deal with numerous other Dr's, not a one compares to her!

Dr. Reid has been very good to my mom. The reason for the one "fair" rating is because it wasn't explained to her that she would need to go for a lab testing. I noticed the orders on the portal.
