I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Jacobs, and she continues to be exceptional at every visit. She truly listens, explains things thoroughly, and treats me with kindness and respect. Her bedside manner is everything a patient could ask for-professional, compassionate, kind, and reassuring.At a previous visit, I was scheduled with another doctor in the office and unfortunately left feeling shamed about my weight and it was just a really bad visit. After that experience, if Dr.Jacobs was not a part of TGMG, I would not continue my care here. While I will not schedule with the other provider again, I am deeply grateful for Dr. Jacobs and the excellent care she consistently provides.
