Dr Jacob is an excellent listener and addresses my issues thoroughly.

I changed my primary care from (1 mile from my house) to Dr. Jacobs (10 miles away) because I felt the first doctor was not really interested in my health. If I had an immediate problem she would help, but talking about longer term issues like tremors or losing weight - she did not seem interested. Dr. Jacobs is the exact opposite. Instead of talking to me while looking in the computer screen, Dr. Jacobs came in, sat in front of me, looked at me and said: "What is up?" Then she listened to me and we have a good conversation about three of my questions. What a much better experience.

Dr. Jacobs is absolutely amazing. Haven't had a primary Dr with this level of concern and care and attentiveness in decades
