She completed her residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at Yale University followed by fellowship training specifically in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under the mentorship of Dr. Edward Farrior at the University of South Florida. Following her fellowship she accepted a position at the University of South Florida as Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology in the Division of Facial Plastic Surgery. She specializes in both cosmetic facial rejuvenation both surgical (including facelift, rhinoplasty, browlift, and eyelid surgery) and non-invasive (fillers and Botox). She additionally has a strong interest in reconstruction after trauma or skin cancers/Mohs surgery and facial reanimation
Dr. Toman's academic interests include global health and global surgery with a focus on sustainable development of academic research and education infrastructure. She maintains a project in South Africa started during her residency, which supports educational exchange of ENT trainees and research development. Dr. Toman's personal interests include travel, gourmet cooking, rock-climbing, horse-back riding and hiking. She is passionate about providing the best possible care to everyone
