I appreciated the level of concern for any questions that I had, and the ease of understanding the explanations.

Every visit with Dr. Herazo-Maya, and the NP's that I have seen within the past year have been awesome, I started my journey with TGH in January 2025, and it has been pleasant every visit thus far.

I never met such nice caring and understanding people at a doctors office everyone including the doctors went over and above the nurses the front desk everyone made my visit very well worth it if I can say they provided 110%. They sure did thank you so much everyone.

Doctor or Resident never physically listened to lungs, nor did they review test results (i.e. PFT, liver enzyme bloodwork). Was provided a general statement of a decrease in lung volume occurred. Staff seemed uncoordinated. I provided copies of test results with dates but they tried to repeat tests during this visit

Every one at the practice was professional and courteous.

I was told at my appointment in August that after I completed a series of tests that treatment for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension would begin. The test were completed in September, but still no treatment plan. I feel as though I'm being "knee capped" by the system. My concerns were met with "well it works for us!" How about it working for the patient?

I was assigned a new doctor since mine left the practice finally I got a doctors who I can understand and cares about my health and gives me some time to talk to him.

I think the Dr spent a MAX of 10 minutes in the exam room. Otherwise care is provided by PA or other type student.

On my first visit, I was very impressed with Dr. Herazo and NP Kit. Both have great people skills and are a Credit to their professions and the organization. I don't think I could have found a better pair to attend me.

NP was great. She made sure I understood what I was dealing with. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and specific. She talked about what to do going forward , tests and treatments.

Excellent care from start to finish

We did not talk about the risk of being on CellCept. But all other answers and questions were addressed. I would've liked to found out more About the risk of taking CellCept, the dosage in for a long period of time

Dr Herazo's medical team was excellent.

I had a detailed list of questions prepared that my nurse looked at and she delivered it to the Dr in advance of him seeing me. Everything was answered.
