Dr Castro is a caring and a great doctor keeps a good eye on everything to do with keeping me healthy

Dr Castro was very understanding of my concerns and did a fabulous job of encouraging me to take charge of my wellness. He explained why medicine recommends items without saying, "if you don't lose weight, you will die!" He is calm, rational and patient in his explanations. I really appreciate his approach.
