DR. STEFI was the doctor you wished ALL of your doctors could emulate. Professional, personable, patient with my many questions and most importantly kind. She did not rush me and made it a point to actually get to know me. She made me feel valued as a person and new patient. Having checked her medical background and extensive training in all thing's hepatology related, I knew I hit the jackpot after having met her! My liver issues came as quite a shock. Dr. Stefi explained in detail the extensive bloodwork she ordered as well as the specialized MRI.

Very easy to understand. First time it was so plainly explained.

The Doctor made the decision that my laboratory blood work was to be reduced from monthly to every three months. This was not discussed during the telehealth meeting - I discovered this note in the meeting summary. I am thrilled to reduce the frequency of labs, but I think this good news should have been presented during our discussions. I do not mention this to be critical (I feel it was good news), but this does represent a basic change in my ongoing care, and it should have been discussed.
