Nurse Ericka was very clear to me that I needed to go to the hospital and generously offered to help me arrange transportation since I was too sick to drive.

The telehealth appointment that I had was very unprofessional the doctor was very rude and she talked to me like I was a child she was scolding I was very upset and I will not do another telehealth appointment with her I'm really considering changing my doctor all together I really didn't appreciate the way that she talked to me I'm very angry

This was the first time I saw this ARNP Hering, from the start she seemed extremely rushed, did her job, but felt like she was racing to get through it. She definitely just wanted to get through this visit and showed very little kindness or compassion that I was angry.

Erica (I don't care if I spell her name wrong) made me feel sorry for being there, saying anything or asking any question. She has no empathy. That was the worse time I have ever had with test results and I have had cancer. I did get the nurse assistants call though, that she did get done.

The Erika Hering,APRN showed little concern of certain issues that I brought to her attention. She suggested that I switch to a closer healthcare provider closer to my address after I told her I prefer to stay with the same care provider. I mentioned to her that I was not comfortable with taking prescribed medications and she still insisted on giving me a prescription and dismissed what I was saying with no other recommendations. This was my first visit with Tampa General Medical Group and she did not provide a great experience for me as a new patient.

I am going to use Ericka as my PA going forward.
