Dr Mikhail is a fellowship-trained minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon. He specializes in advanced laparoscopy and complex pelvic surgery, with a special interest in complex endometriosis. Dr. Mikhail pioneered the multidisciplinary treatment approach for complex deep infiltrating endometriosis partnering with colorectal surgery, reconstructive urology and thoracic surgery team members.

Dr. Mikhail is truly top-notch. It took me years to find a doctor who genuinely understood endometriosis and the complex ways it affects a person's life. His knowledge and expertise are exceptional, but what sets him apart even more is his patience, compassion, and willingness to listen.He takes the time to thoroughly understand your symptoms, concerns, and medical history before developing a treatment plan. He never rushes appointments and wants to hear your entire story so he can fully comprehend what you have been through. His ability to listen carefully and then create a thoughtful, individualized game plan is remarkable.Dr. Mikhail explains everything in a way that is easy to understand and makes sure all of your questions are answered. He takes the time to ensure you understand both what you are asking and the information he is providing. Throughout my experience, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.After years of searching for answers, I finally found a physician who truly understands endometriosis and has helped me to get to where I will have a much better quality of life once I am recovered from surgery.

We had an excellent discussion with Dr. Mikhail. The only thing we did not discuss were any cons or risks of going with certain next steps would entail. I.e. Risks of surgery etc.
