Dr. Ensminger is amazing. I have already referred my sister to her. She always starts the appointment on time. She is prepared and knows my history as well as where we left off at the last appointment. She gives plenty of time for me to express my concerns and ask questions. I never feel rushed. I always leave my appointment with a clear understanding of what our plan of action is.

Endo is good. Finally have a diabetic dr that listens, looks at my chart & has a back n forth on treatment.

Dr. Ensingmer didn't even property introduce herself to me when entering the room. Her back was to me as she came in. She didn't engage until I said hello, how are you. Very short with me. Didn't look at me and whn she did, her face was like I was an annoyance.

Dr. Ensmiger was super helpful and easy to talk with.

1st visit with this Endocrinologist, very happy with health care plan. Looking forward to resolving my thyroid issues with her!

I am an established patient at TGH and have consistently had positive experiences with the staff and providers. However, my recent visit with Dr. Ensminger was extremely disappointing and unlike any previous visits. When she entered the room, she introduced herself without making eye contact and her back towards me. Dr. Ensminger's tone and demeanor suggested disinterest or irritation, as if she were unhappy to be there. Her bedside manner lacked warmth and professionalism. Unfortunately the atmosphere during this visit made me feel both unwelcome and uneasy. Dr. Ensminger dismissed my concerns rather abruptly, stating that my symptoms were simply a result of my age and that there was nothing she could do, nor any need for follow-up with her ever again. The tone in her voice sounded condescending and dismissive. I felt as though she questioned why I was even there. Overall, the interaction felt rushed and impersonal, lacking the empathy and mutual respect that are essential to a strong patient doctor relationship. I left feeling unheard and discouraged.
