Dr. Cook is great and listens intently to all questions and conccerns.

This has been the main doctor that I've been seeing for my heart issues. He has seen me multiple times. All of my treatment/care plan has been done by him. When he came in the room, it was clear that he didn't even read my chart before coming in. He was suggesting raising my meds but we had already tried that months ago and it didn't work and we were actually trying to ween me off of that medicine. I have felt like he truly doesn't care about me getting better and finding a reason for the issues I'm having. I'm just another patient to throw medicine at and see what happens in 3 months. I do not feel like I'm getting the best care possible. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Doctor Cook is a very impressive doctor. I'm very fortunate to have been under his kind care and to have received his consultation.

Dr. Cook is a very nice person takes his time to explain things. He doesn't use a bunch of fancy words and he answered any questions I had.

This was a terrible experience. Dr Cook was very dismissive and borderline irritated that I even had an appointment. I would never recommend someone see him. He tried to chalk up my symptoms to anxiety, which they are not and acted like I was concerned for no reason about going into V-tach with an unknown cause. The appointment felt very rushed and as soon as I was leaving he also left the building. So it became more apparent that he just did not want to have to see me and felt inconvenienced to have to come In to see a patient. He also talked way too fast and stopped explaining things when he found out I was a medical student. I scheduled my follow up with a different doctor because I refuse to be treated like an Inconvenience and dismissed as anxiety being the cause when I know it's not. Especially when I am a third year medical student who is currently doing rotations and know that that is terrible patient care. I hope when I become a physician that I am not dismissive and rude like Dr cook is.

Very dissmissive and annoyed that i was able to get an appointment so fast. Made it seem like it was all in my head/ anxiety caused when its not. Whole appointment felt like he was irritated i was there and rushed the appointment. I would not recommend Dr Cook to other patients.

My husband and I had a lot of questions, and Dr. Cook took the time to answer all of them. He never made us feel rushed, and he provided very thoughtful answers to our questions.
