Chelsea Pereira is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Pereira received her Master of Science in Nursing degree at St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, Fla., and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Utica College in Utica, N.Y. She also received a bachelor's degree in health sciences from the University of South Florida.
